Execution details (D.E.)

Technical documentation including graphic representations made at scales 1:2, 1:5, 1:10, 1:20 or, as the case may be, at other graphic scales, depending on the drafting needs, as well as written pieces to explain the graphic representations, elaborated based on the technical project and in strict compliance with its provisions (PTH), which detail the technical solutions for composition, assembly, execution, assembly and other such operations, regarding construction parts/elements or related installations and which indicate dimensions, materials, execution technologies , as well as links (technical conection) between the structural/non-structural constructive elements of the investment objective.

The execution details, drawn up in accordance with the law and verified for the essential quality requirements in construction by certified project verifiers in accordance with the law, detail the technical project, in order to execute the authorized construction works.

DTAD means "Technical Documentation for obtaining the Demolition Authorization" and refers to the project drawn up by the design team composed of the architect, resistance engineer and technical expert (in certain cases also by the installation team) the person authorized to carry out the technical expertise of the existing construction. This documentation is approved by the town hall or the county council and allows the full or partial demolition of an existing building in full compliance with the provisions of the demolition project.

The previous name for this documentation was "Project for obtaining the Demolition Authorization (PAD)"

On the basis of the Technical Documentation for obtaining the Construction Authorization (DTAC) ONLY the construction authorization (AC) is obtained, while on the basis of the Technical Project (PT) and the Execution Details (DDE) the construction works can be carried out, the Construction Folder Book can be drawn up, also the reception of the building.

PTH is - Technical-economic documentation - written and drawn pieces - developed under the conditions of the law, which develops the technical documentation - T D, in compliance with the conditions imposed by the building permit, as well as by the notices, agreements and administrative act of the competent authority for environmental protection, annexes to the building permit.

The technical project (P.Th.) includes the technical and economic solutions to achieve the investment objective, based on which the authorized construction works are executed.
